How do I delete my account?

In the Hoshi app, open your settings and choose Delete account. It deletes your account and everything in it: your birth details, the people you added, and your readings. It can't be undone.

If you can't get into the app, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are sold and renewed by Apple, so they're canceled in your iPhone, not in Hoshi: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Hoshi and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Deleting the app or your Hoshi account doesn't cancel a subscription on its own. For refunds, Apple decides; you can ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I remove someone I added?

Open them from your friends and choose Remove. Their profile, the birth details you entered and the readings about them are deleted right away.

Someone added me, and I'd like that removed

If someone added you by hand, your details are visible only to them, and nobody else is told. You can still ask for them to be removed: email us with your name and, if you can, who added you, and we'll delete what we hold.

How do I report a shared link?

If a Hoshi link someone sent you, or one you found, is about you and you didn't want it shared, email us the link. We'll take it down and look into how it was used.
